Pricing

All prices are subject to change. Original prices correct as of 1/3/2008. All sale items have been on sale at the original advertised price for a minimum of 30days in the Green Baby Shop, 345 Upper St, Islington, London N1 3QP, and in the Green Baby Catalogue and website.

Making A Purchase If you see something you like ordering is easy:

* browse the site and one by one add the products you want to the shopping basket

* at any time you can review your shopping basket and its cost by clicking the shopping basket icon

* then when you're ready to pay click on the checkout icon and review your purchases and costs

* check that the product description you've chosen is correct, enter your payment details and click on send

* your payment details will then be stored on a security protected site and you will receive an order confirmation.

We will then process your order and send out your goods. Should items be out of stock and despatch of your order be delayed we will notify you. We will not debit your payment card until we are ready to despatch the goods.

Shipping And Handling Normal mainland UK delivery charge is £4.95 per order (up to 15kg)

Remote areas of Scotland, non-mainland UK and overseas orders may incur a higher delivery charge. Customers should email us at customercare@greenbaby.co.uk if they want to check delivery costs.

Delivery Schedule Delivery is normally within 5 working days (1 week) of receipt of order, although please allow up to 14 days. All schedules are subject to item availability. We aim to stock all items although due to reasons beyond our control this is not always possible. Our website is updated daily to reflect stock levels. Intra day stock levels are not monitored by the website.

Times quoted are based on UK deliveries. Overseas customers should email us at customercare@greenbaby.co.uk if they want an estimated delivery time.

Back Orders We regret that seasonal items cannot be back ordered. While every effort is made to keep our website up to date there may be short periods of time where certain out of stock items still apear on the website - we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Tax Charges All orders include UK VAT (if applicable) at the prevailing rate. We regret we do not have a facility for overseas customers to reclaim VAT.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

Remittance Terms Online orders can be paid for by credit or debit card. Aternatively print off your order and send it to us along with a sterling cheque or money order made payable to Green Baby Trading Ltd. Goods will not be despatched untill funds have been cleared.
